CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking experienced Workshop Mechanic to join our client's growing maintenance team in Darwin, NT . The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring vehicles remain roadworthy and operational, supporting critical transport operations across the region. Roles & Responsibilities: Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a diverse fleet of light and heavy vehicles. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise vehicle downtime. Complete repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company procedures. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure fleet availability and reliability. Our Ideal Candidates: Australian-recognised Trade Qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, or equivalent. Proven experience maintaining and repairing light vehicles, trucks, trailers, and/or heavy transport equipment. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Current Australian Driver's Licence (HR Licence highly regarded). Ability to pass a National Police Check and Pre-Employment Medical assessment. Strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team environment. What's On Offer: Competitive hourly rates of $55–$65 per hour , depending on experience.
